It’s incredibly exciting to see people realise a sense of meaning, alignment and joy in who they are and what they should be doing.
I trained as a coach in 2016 and have loved every minute of it. Before that I had various roles in both administration and supporting people with disabilities.
I am also a mum of 2 boys, I run a lasercut, personalised present business with my husband James and love reading, snowboarding, paddle boarding and having a coffee with my friends.
I have the gift of administration, strategic thinking, a love for improvement and self development and am not put off or overwhelmed by big scale issues or the need to re-jig anything / everything.
I think outside the box, am flexible and offer a mixture of consultancy and coaching to teams and individuals, alongside encouraging a love of and ability to hear from God daily
After going on this journey myself this is how I would summarise what I’m passionate about and what I’m focusing on as a template for making decisions.
Everything I do is because I’m passionate about:
1. Everyone chatting to God regularly
2. Everyone finding out who they are and aligning their work with their purpose, calling and strengths
3. Awareness, advocacy and change in the realms of disability and inclusion
4. Homes and healing for the vulnerable – I am invested in fostering, trauma recovery and better love and care for refugees
5. My friends and having fun are also priorities for me because I am a 7 wing 6 on the Enneagram

What if you could describe your calling, purpose and what you are doing next in a few sentences?
