I have a passion for helping people make positive changes to their life when it comes to health, fitness and lifestyle and believe we all have potential to achieve goals that go above and beyond our dreams!
I have 30 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. I have managed gyms, had my own gym too and I currently work within my own business - Mendip Lifestyle, which offers outdoor group fitness, Pilates and Barre classes. I also work with 1:1 clients offering lifestyle, nutrition, health & fitness coaching.
I am Mum to 3 boys and love to live an active lifestyle as a family enjoying skiing, football, cricket, swimming, cycling and paddle boarding! We also love to spend time together eating out, dream about our next adventure and catching up with friends and family!
I love to gather people together to encourage, empower and equip them to lead a fit and healthy life. I love to give them tools that they can add to the lives to bring about positive and long lasting change with their lifestyles. I love to work in the Prophetic believing in that God wants to speak to us all in love and encouragement in every area and detail of our lives. I believe the we can all hear from God and that he cares about every area of our lives - he loves us to be the best version of ourselves in all we do!
I've always enjoyed sport and being active and have been fully aware of the positive impact that regular exercise and healthy living can have on all areas of our lives. I have a testimony of overcoming mental health struggles, hormone imbalances, stepping out in fear in may areas of my life and believe that with God all things are possible!!
